The R19 uses a 72V DC brushless motor with a peak output of 9,000W, controlled by a 72V 80A controller. It delivers 177 ft-lb of torque, a 60 MPH top speed, and a 45° climbing angle — making it Coswheel's most powerful machine.
The 72V 40Ah battery delivers 75+ miles of throttle-only range and up to 124 miles with pedal assist. Exact range depends on terrain, rider weight, and riding style. The battery is fully removable and charges in 3.5–8 hours using the included 84V 6A charger.
The R19 runs 8.7" of front suspension travel through a dual-shoulder fork with adjustable damping, and 11.8" of rear suspension travel with adjustable damping. Both are tunable for your terrain and riding style.
Instead of a traditional key, the R19 uses an NFC card for keyless ignition — tap the card to start, remove it to lock. It's more secure than a key switch and eliminates the risk of losing or breaking a key in the field.
The R19 fits riders from 5'3" to 6'5" with a 33.5" seat height and 47.2" wheelbase. Maximum load capacity is 440 lbs.

Unpack & Inspect
Carefully unbox your R19 — we recommend having a second person assist given the 139 lb weight. Follow the included setup guide to attach the handlebars, install the footpegs, and insert the 72V 40Ah battery. The motor, suspension, and drivetrain arrive pre-built — most riders are trail-ready in under 45 minutes.
Charge & Configure
Charge the 72V 40Ah battery using the included 84V 6A charger — a full charge takes 3.5–8 hours. Set your NFC card ignition and power on the LCD display to check battery status. Adjust front and rear suspension damping to your rider weight and preferred terrain before your first ride.
