Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, some companies I work with only have 14 days so check your shipment quickly days after receiving your items, This means you have 14 to 30 days to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with  its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer Service here can help with that if you can not find it.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trailblazewheels.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [To Be Given to you once approval request is accepted.) 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, , custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), ). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IMPORTANT: The address above is for business correspondence only. Do not ship returns to this address. Because we partner with multiple manufacturers, return addresses vary by brand. Please contact us for the correct return authorization and shipping instructions for your specific product.

3. Multi-Brand Return Windows

As an authorized dealer for elite brands, we honor the specific return windows set by our manufacturers:

  • Baseline: Most items must be initiated for return within 14 days.

  • Extensions: Certain brands may allow up to 30 days. Please check your product documentation or contact us for your brand's specific window.

4. Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a refund, the vehicle must be in Showroom Condition:

  • Zero Mileage: The odometer must read 0 miles.

  • Original Packaging: Must include the original box, internal foam, and all accessories (chargers, keys, manuals).

  • No Modifications: We cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled, modified, or altered.

5. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items: :If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the Box: Take pictures of all sides of the external shipping box (especially any holes or crushed corners).

    Photos of the Product: Clear shots of the specific damage or the incorrect item received.
  • Photo of the Odometer: For e-bikes/scooters, a photo showing 0 miles to confirm it hasn't been ridden.

  • A Brief Description: Tell us exactly what is wrong.

Next Steps: We will review your photos immediately. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number, specific shipping instructions, and a prepaid return label.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

  • Prepaid Labels: For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer-Requested Returns: For "change of mind" or non-defective returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Deadline: Please use the provided label and ship the item within 7 days of approval.

  • Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Exchanges: Direct exchanges for the same item (due to defect) will not incur a restocking fee.

  • Unauthorized Returns: If you send an item back without using our provided label or to the wrong address, we cannot guarantee a refund and may not reimburse shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

Due to the high value and specialized freight requirements of our products, Trailblaze Wheels does not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items.

If you would like a different model, color, or brand, the process is as follows:

  1. Follow the standard return process for your original item (subject to the 25% restocking fee and shipping costs).

  2. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

For defective items, we will provide a direct replacement of the same model at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Personalized, custom-made
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must follow the return process outlined above.

10. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under U.S. consumer protection law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.
